Pastor Jeff has served the Lord in international ministry since 1994. He and his wife Julie lived in Chiang Mai from 2009-2012 and returned in 2018. They have 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter.

Joyce Tsang
Worship Coordinator

Joyce has lived in Chiang Mai since 2007. She and her husband Niwat are foster parents and are involved in ministries in their community.

Greg & Rachel Vruggink
Youth Ministry Directors

Greg & Rachel have lived in Chiang Mai since 2017. Greg serves as the Old Testament professor at Asia Biblical Theological Seminary. Rachel helps coordinate the Chiang Mai Homeschool Co-op. They have 4 children.

Children's Ministry Director

Angie Fan has lived in Chiang Mai since 2021. She teaches elementary school at American Chinese International School. She has 4 children.
